Think of Third Thursday as a fresh chance to get together with family or friends. Starting at 5 p.m., you’ll be able to get a glass of wine or beer at our cash bar, or enjoy a meal at our new cafe that features al fresco dining. This month, instead of a band in Huber Court, we’ll have a strolling musician in the galleries (and this month it’s Skye Zentz on ukulele). The Glass Studio’s performance still will start at 7 p.m. and the lead glass artist will be Sam Geer. The musical guest will be Sharkophagus, and you can read an interview with the band, and hear some songs, at AltDaily.com. We’ll have flashlight tours for the kids and a drinking-themed scavenger hunt for the adults. But what we’ll be offering most of all is a chance to enjoy our newly refurbished Museum in an after-work setting.
